We hired Mario to treat for subterranean termites in our home. We had several quotes before deciding on him. He was the cheapest, seemed to understand the issue well and how to address it and most of all he was courteous and professional. It’s hard to really know if the subterranean termites are all gone since the only evidence we had seen were a few flying swarmers and a mud tube Mario found (he was the only one of the companies who found the mud tube). He was also the only company to offer a free 2 year warranty so this was very reassuring.

Mario is great!

Excellent communication as I live on the East Coast. Mario is a true professional, keeping me promptly and frequently updated, throughout the entire process.

They really did do a great job & clean up when they were Finish would definitely recommend them

We had such a great experience from process to fumigation and everything in between. We consulted with a few other companies and found that Elite1 was both the better service and better price amongst others. Everyone involved was very accommodating, respectful, helpful, clean and made every step of the fumigating process that much more pleasant. Thank you to Mario for all of the help, my family and I appreciate it all! -Malena and family!
